A New York State Police spokeswoman says 16-year-old Matthew Beighey has been charged with unauthorized use of a computer and third-degree identity theft. He was ordered to return to court Wednesday.

The school district says the teenager temporarily blocked teachers' ability to enter grades at the high school in upstate Clifton Park. They needed technical support to regain access.

Today my friend got pulled over for speeding. After taking his license and registration, asking generic questions "Do you know how fast you were going?...." a black camaro comes speeding by and sticks his head out the window and pegs the car with a bean burrito. Looking through old pics on my computer and came across this. It was at my church on Easter of 08. The kid must have been about 8 or 9 and he kept going to his mom with his arms out for her to hold him. I snuck a pic with my phone because I couldn't stop laughing and I wanted to ask some guys what age they were when they stopped being held by their moms like this.

I have a Motorola Slvr that has a personality of its own. When I'm typing a text, and I stop for a couple seconds, the predictive text (that doesn't turn off) continues my though for me. I can't think of every time this has happened, but a few examples have stuck with me.
One time I was saying something about going out to dinner with a friend of mine, and half way through the text, I believe I was in the middle of the word "you," having only typed "yo," and the phone finished the line with "your penis...haha."
I took a picture of one that happened last week when my little sister was using my phone to text her boyfriend...it was so random...
